DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
The ordered items remain owned by the seller until the buyer has paid the entire purchase price. We can deliver the goods via a delivery service, but you can also pick it up at the headquarters of our store. Goods ordered at https://www.reproshop.eu online store are packaged and shipped as soon as possible - if the items are in stock in our storehouse, they are usually shipped on the same day or within three days, or we will send you a written notification about the delivery. In the event that you may have ordered goods that have just run out or which cannot be dispatched for unforeseen reasons within the promised period, we will notify you about the new delivery period through the forwarded contacts. You can select the delivery provider during the order process; The prices are listed according to the price list, which we have with the delivery service. If in the case of delivery of goods, you find that there is a fracture in the shipment, you should immediately inform us - the same day, or at the latest within three days. The buyer must initiate the complaint process. The buyer does that by taking pictures of the package and sending them to our e-mail re.prodvor@gmail.com.

RETURN OF GOODS
The cancellation of the order is subject to the terms and conditions of the general conditions and the applicable legal provisions on the return of goods. The return of goods shall be subject to the provisions of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, which states: "For contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to notify the company in writing within 15 days of withdrawing from the contract without having to state the reason for his decision. A message is deemed to be timely if the postal item has been submitted within the time limit. This time limit shall begin on the day following the day of delivery of the goods." The goods must be undamaged, unused, in unchanged quantity and in the original packaging and sent to the address of our company, whereby the buyer himself bears the cost of returning goods. We do not accept shipment with a fee. Make a copy of the original bill and all thenecessary documentation and add it to the package with returned goods. The consumer must communicate the withdrawal from the contract in writing to Re.pro d.o.o, Dolni Kot 2a, 8361 Dvor. You can also do this email via re.prodvor@gmail. The only cost to the consumer in respect of cancellation is the direct cost of returning goods. The goods can be returned within 30 days after the cancellation notice has been sent to Re.pro doo, Dolnji Kot 2a, 8361 Dvor. The return of the received goods to the seller within 14 days after receiving it without prior written notice shall also be considered as a cancellation of the purchase. In the event that the consumer withdraws from the contract, the seller must return the funds as soon as possible, or at the latest within 30 days of when the seller receives the returned goods. We refund only through a personal bank account (that you provide us in the return process). We do not pay cash. We do not refund the shipping fee and it is not the subject of a claim! The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract, the object of which is the goods which were manufactured according to the exact instructions of the consumer and which was adapted to his personal needs.
Refunds will not be considered for products that were damaged or used at home. We reserve the right to deny refund at the expense of the sender for a damaged and used product or a product that does not contain all the relevant items (gift packaging, bill , etc.) when returning it. Therefore, we ask that you handle the products with care as this is the only ways for us to be able to replace the products or give you a refund. If in case of delivery of goods you find that there is a fracture in the shipment, you should immediately inform us - the same day, or at the latest within three days. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for any ordered goods can be made at the time of picking up the goods (after delivery) if you decide to deliver the ordered goods to your home or any other address in Slovenia and you decide to pay upon the takeover, it is only possible to pay with cash in a single amount. Therefore, you must be personally present upon the value of the order when receiving the item. You pay the prepayment or invoice bill to the account indicated, which will be sent to you by e-mail to the address you provided at your order. After receiving your payment on our bank account, the delivery will be delivered within the agreed time limit.
