Cell cup holders are a part of queen rearing using the Nicot method. Use these to hold brown cell cups, that have hatched larvae in them that have been removed from the queen rearing cassette. Place the combinecell cups/cell cup holders into a cell cup socket attached to a cell bar frame, and then place that frame into your cell building colony.
