The relationship between humans and bees started to develop 20 to 30 thousand years ago and is constantly evolving not only in the beekeeping systems, but also in the equipment and knowledge that is nowadays needed to be successful at beekeeping. I am the company’s procurator, a beekeeper, a former president of a beekeeping society, a member of the managing boards of a regional association, and I also attend all the trainings of local and foreign experts in the field of beekeeping. I then transfer that knowledge to the employees of our company, so that they are up to date with all the novelties and can advise our customers and help them in choosing their equipment and provide them with advice about novelties in beekeeping.

As a young girl, my father got me interested in beekeeping, and soon after that I owned my very first bee family.  I try to transfer the love of bees to my children, and it is a great pleasure to be able to work in this field and exchange valuable experience with our customers. On my son’s initiative, I’ve become the new director of a company that sells beekeeping equipment and works in beekeeping. The intertwining of beekeeping and tourism in evident at every step in Slovenia, and here we can see many opportunities for further development and growth of the company.
