DELIVERY OF GOODS AND POSTAGE COSTS

The ordered products remain the property of the seller until the buyer settles the entire purchase price.

We can deliver the goods to you with a delivery service, or you can pick them up at the headquarters of our store.

Goods ordered in the https://www.reproshop.eu online store are on their way as soon as possible – if they are in stock in our warehouse, usually on the same day or within three days, or we will notify you in writing about the delivery.

In the event that you may have ordered goods that have just arrived or that we cannot dispatch within the promised deadline for unforeseen reasons, we will notify you of the new delivery time through the contacts provided. You can choose to choose a delivery provider in the order process, the prices are listed according to the price list that we have concluded with the provider. If, in the case of delivery of goods, you find that there has been a breakage in the shipment, you must notify us immediately – on the same day, or no later than within three days.

The buyer must initiate a complaint procedure.

For orders to Europe (excluding Slovenia), it is necessary to choose a GLS EUROPE delivery service.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for any ordered goods can be made upon receipt of the goods (cash on delivery), if you decide to have the ordered goods delivered to your home or any other address in Slovenia and you decide to pay upon delivery, only cash payment in a one-time amount is possible. Therefore, you must be personally present at the value of the order when you pick it up.

Payment can be made via PayPal, by pro forma invoice and payment on delivery. You can choose your payment method in the payment tab in the shopping cart menu.

You pay the pro forma invoice or invoice by bank transfer to the specified invoice, which we send to you via e-mail to the address you provided when you ordered.

After receiving your payment to our bank account, delivery will follow within the agreed time.
